6rwin Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 6rwin ("Platform", "we", "us"). 6rwin reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended or terminated pending verification. This is a standard protective measure to ensure the safety of all 6rwin members.

3. Your 6rwin Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 6rwin. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or through another person — is a serious breach of these Terms. If discovered, 6rwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings held within them without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your 6rwin account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• All activity that takes place in your account, including any bets or transactions made using your account credentials.
• Notifying 6rwin immediately at support@6rwin.my if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keeping your profile information current and accurate. Any changes to key details such as your phone number or email address must be reported to 6rwin.

6rwin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account, particularly where you have failed to take reasonable security measures to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit: The minimum deposit at 6rwin is RM 20. All deposits must be made using the payment methods provided by 6rwin, namely DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and other supported Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 6rwin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used must be in your own name.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for standard amounts. Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 in a single transaction may require additional verification before processing. 6rwin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where required for compliance or security purposes.

Important conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposited funds must be used for legitimate gambling purposes on the 6rwin platform.
• 6rwin reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request if there is evidence of suspicious activity or a breach of its terms.
• The withdrawal method used must match the most recent deposit method (except in certain circumstances approved by the 6rwin support team).

The following specific terms apply to Sports Betting:

• All displayed odds are in the designated format and are subject to change until the bet is accepted.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player unless the cash out feature is available and used before the match begins.
• Bet outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. 6rwin reserves the right to await official confirmation before settling any bet.

6rwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and investigate any account suspected of fraudulent activity. If confirmed, all balances and winnings in the account may be forfeited in full, and the relevant authorities will be notified where required.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your 6rwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@6rwin.my. Before closing, please ensure all account balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance at the time of a member-requested closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

6rwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
